Caring for Wyoming hearts since 1978.

Our cardiologists have served patients across the state for nearly fifty years, with one goal: to be the center of choice in Wyoming for cardiac and peripheral vascular care.

Geography should never decide who gets exceptional cardiovascular medicine. That belief built our outreach network, and it still shapes how we practice — consultation, diagnosis, treatment, and long-term management from one team, close to home.

How we practice.

Four commitments our patients and referring providers can count on, every visit.

Access

Geography should never determine access to exceptional cardiovascular medicine. Our regional network connects patients and providers with a heart specialist close to home.

Expertise

Board-certified cardiovascular physicians with decades of clinical experience, advanced diagnostics, and treatment options patients and referring providers can trust.

Collaboration

The best outcomes are built together. We partner with patients, families, caregivers, and referring providers so every treatment plan is coordinated and informed.

Forward thinking

Cardiovascular medicine keeps evolving, and so do we — investing in advanced technology, evidence-based treatment, and the physicians who bring both to Wyoming.

Where would you like to start?

Two ways in to the same team — one for patients and families, one for the physicians who refer to us.

Patients & families

New symptoms, a second opinion, or a condition you've managed for years — you'll get expertise, guidance, and a team that explains every step: what your test showed, what your options are, and what happens next.

Questions patients ask us most.

Can't find what you need? Our Casper team is happy to talk it through.

Most consultations begin with a referral from your healthcare provider. Once we receive it, our team schedules a consultation to evaluate your cardiovascular health and discuss the next steps. If you're not sure whether a referral is on file, call our Casper office at 307-266-3174 and we'll check.

Appointments take place at our Casper office or at one of our outreach clinics in Buffalo, Douglas, Gillette, Lander, Rawlins, Riverton, Saratoga, Thermopolis, Wheatland, and Worland. Clinic days vary by community, so we'll confirm the location and date when we schedule you. Telemedicine visits are available in Riverton.

Bring a photo ID, your insurance card, a current list of medications and dosages, and any recent test results or imaging from other providers. Completing your patient forms ahead of time will shorten your check-in. If someone helps manage your care, they're welcome to come with you.

We work with most major plans. Coverage varies by procedure and by policy, so check our insurance page or call the office before your visit and we'll help you confirm what your plan covers.

Test results, visit summaries, and secure messages with your care team are in the patient portal. You can also request refills and review upcoming appointments there.

Complete the healthcare provider referral request form and send it with the relevant records; our team handles scheduling from there. You'll receive timely consultation notes and coordinated communication throughout your patient's course of care.
