Our cardiologists diagnose, treat, and manage heart and vascular disease under one roof in Casper, and travel to outreach clinics in ten communities so patients across the state can see a specialist without a long drive or a long wait.

Nuclear imaging, transesophageal echo, and a full vascular ultrasound lab let our specialists find narrowed arteries, valve disease, and reduced blood flow that standard testing can miss — often on the same day as your consultation.

Getting in
Most patients arrive on a referral from their provider. You can also call us directly to ask whether a visit makes sense.
Your consultation
A cardiologist reviews your history and symptoms, examines you, and explains what they are looking for and why.
Testing
Any imaging or monitoring you need is done by our team, in our building, and read by the physician treating you.
Treatment and after
You leave with a plan in writing, a point of contact, and a schedule for staying ahead of your heart health.
Bring your medication list, insurance card, and any recent test results. Plan on about 60 minutes for a first visit.

Questions
Answers before you call.
Most patients come to us on a referral from their primary care provider, and some insurance plans require one. You are welcome to call us directly — our staff will tell you whether your plan needs a referral and help you get it started.
Bring a photo ID, your insurance card, a current list of medications and doses, and any recent test results or imaging from another clinic. If someone helps manage your care, bring them with you.
Results are posted to the patient portal as soon as your cardiologist has reviewed them, and a copy goes to your referring provider. If a result needs discussion, we call you — we do not leave you to interpret it alone.
Yes. Our cardiologists hold regular outreach clinics in Buffalo, Douglas, Gillette, Lander, Rawlins, Riverton, Saratoga, Thermopolis, Wheatland, and Worland. Some testing is only available in Casper; our schedulers will tell you what can be done locally.
